Casting for Vienna Experts Club International: 10th Birthday

As part of our celebration of the 10th Birthday of our Vienna Experts Club International, we will organize an exclusive multinational FamTrip for members of our Vienna Experts Club International to Vienna. From all the submitted applications, we will choose one charismatic decision-maker per country. In total, there will be 20 participants.

The 20 finalists will be invited to come to Vienna from June 9th – 12th, 2016 and tell the world how they would spend their perfect day in Vienna. In addition to a scavenger hunt with Nesterval through Vienna, the filming of the video clip will comprise a significant part of your trip. With support of our staff and a camera team, every expert will shoot a short clip in her/his national language describing some of her/his favorite spots in the city. Once the 20 clips are finished, they will be used for the advertising on our Vienna Experts Club International web page and will also be broadcasted on our social media channels (e.g. YouTube). The stay in Vienna will end with a gala evening, where the finalists will meet our Viennese cooperation partners. Our aim is to celebrate the club, spice up our web page with new and exciting video clips, show the diverse and international background of our members, and to thank our Viennese partners for their dedication and cooperation.

You should comply with the following requirements:

  • Be a member of the Vienna Experts Club International
  • Be capable of speaking English well
  • Have enthusiasm and knowledge about Vienna
  • Have time to come to Vienna from June 9th – 12th, 2016
  • Not mandatory: Experience in acting

What awaits you:

Apply NOW and join us for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to spend three days in one of Europe’s coolest cities and to tell the world why YOU love Vienna!

You will spend an exciting time in Vienna with a professional camera team and production plan at different, exciting locations. You will be able to choose from a list of locations and let us know your preferred ones. It is planned that the shooting will take place on two days (June 10th – 11th, 2016), on the other two days a special Vienna programme will be arranged.

We will take care of your return travel expenses from your home country to Vienna, accommodation, meals and the programme for four days as outlined. There will be no financial reimbursement for filming, production or related activities.

Casting:

Please submit a short video clip of you describing yourself and your hobbies in English (max. 1 - 2 minutes) and tell us why you think that we should choose YOU until March 14th, 2016 through the link below.

Kindly note that while the application video should be submitted in English, all clips filmed in Vienna will be carried out in your native language. We will then contact the chosen participants.
