Arrival in Vienna

When you arrive in Vienna, visit the Tourist Information Office at the airport or in the city center. After presenting your photo identification, you will receive your VECI Club Card, a 24-hour Vienna City Cardand valuable tips for your stay.

Important information: Please be sure to check the opening hours of the tourist information offices in advance.

VECI Club Card

Use your Club Card to take advantage of special offers in and around Vienna.

	Club cards are only issued to members who have enrolled in advance and are fully registered.   Club Cards are valid 7 days from date of issue.   Club Card and photo ID are required to redeem offers from Vienna partners.   Offers are valid for the Club Member and one accompanying person, unless otherwise stated in the offer.   Offers are valid for use during one visit to Vienna per calendar year.

Vienna City Card (VCC)

In addition to your VECI Club Card, you will also receive a Vienna City Card, which allows you to use public transportation in Vienna free of charge for 24 hours.

	You will automatically receive the VCC when you collect your VECI Club Card.   As with the Club Card, the VCC must be picked up in person at the Tourist Information Office - a digital version is not currently available.   The validity period of the VCC cannot be changed.   Family Bonus: With every Vienna City Card, one child up to the age of 15 or one dog can travel free of charge.

Tip: Would you like to become an affiliate partner of the Vienna City Card? Promote the VCC on your website and receive 5% commission for each card sold.
