Your stay in Vienna
Upon arrival in the Austrian capital please visit the
Tourist Info Vienna behind the State Opera House or the
Tourist Info Airport, arrival hall.
All you have to do is present a photo ID or your business card to receive for you and your travelling companion:
- Your personal Club Card and the bonus booklet to use during your stay
- Your free Vienna City Card with countless discounts and free travel on public transport within Vienna for 24 hours

Please take note:
The club benefits, including free Vienna City Cards, may be claimed for one visit to Vienna per calendar year.
You will need to show the Club Card together with a photo ID or a businesss card, before benefitting from the offers provided by our partners.
The special offers will only be made available to preregistered and activated members.
The offers are applicable for the Vienna Experts Club International member and a maximum of one accompanying person, unless specified otherwise in the offer. Only the member gets a free Vienna City Card.
Your club card is valid for 7 days and the Vienna City Card for 24 hours after validation. One child up to the age of 15 travels free with each Vienna City Card holder.
